How does The DiVisual® Art-Mapper work?
When you need to do a check-up on an piece of art, when needing to register damages, measures, etc. all you need is a tablet computer. Draw directly on the screen and register standardised damage classes in a breeze. Think of it as your own personal tool for the visualisation of the condition of art works. It will not only help you to gain firm knowledge but also helps to communicate your analysis among museum staff or customer.

How much is The DiVisual® Art-Mapper?
We plan to offer two different models
- One time fee
- Monthly subscription
The one time fee will be interesting fro those who need to work with the DiVisual® Art-Mapper on a regular / daily basis or who have lots and lots of condition mapps to create. The one time fee will approximately be around 500 Swissfrancs (CHF) and will be supplemened with a yearly subsription fee for updates and support. Founding Members will get the first year free and a 35% discount of the mainetnance fee per year.
The monthly subscription is best for those who need a mapping solution every now and then but on a less regularly basis. We offer service for CHF ~25 per month for a regular subscription. However, you can lock in a discounted rate of CHF ~12 per month by becoming a Founding Member during the pre-order period. After the first year, you'll be locked-in at the CHF ~12 per month rate for as long as you maintain an active subscription.
What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are those who sign up during the limited time pre-order period. You'll receive Founding Member features and may participate in pre-order referrals rewards.
What features are included in my Founding Membership?
- Access to beta versions with a limited number of Founding Members (selected institutions, individuals and suppliers).
- Subscription begins when beta testing is complete
- Lifetime subscription rate of CHF ~12 per month (regularly CHF ~25) for as long as you keep an active subscription.

What additional features will be available for purchase to founding members?
Nothing else, we're loading up our Founding Members with a premium solution.
How many Founding Members are you allowing in? When does the Founding Membership offer end?
We haven't set a number or an end date yet, but you'll want to make sure you get in soon to lock in the Founding Member rate of CH 12 per month or get your one time benefit.
When can I start using DiVisual® Art-Mapper?
As soon as the App will be fully tested and accepted by Apples APP store or Google's App Marketplace. Before the official release we will launch a beta with a limited number of Founding Members.
We will continue to roll out beta access in waves based on your Founding Member number - invites will be sent in order of when you signed up. Subscriptions will begin when beta is complete and DiVisual® Art-Mapper will become available in the relevant stores.
Can I gift a Founding Membership to someone else?
Yes. You can purchase as many accounts as you'd like and gift them should you choose. Just sign up for a Founding Membership and contact us to let us know you'd like to give it as a gift to someone else.
Can I beta test without becoming a Founding Member?
Will I need a server to host this service or do I need to upload my condition mappings to a cloud service?
No, you won't need to worry about hosting. All DiVisual® condition mapps are stored locally. We have no access to your content.
Is there a trial version available?
You may try our previous Photoshop Plugin to discover the ease and beauty of the Mapping System. The features of the DiVisual® Art-Mapper will be superiour to our previous desktop versions.

Does The DiVisual® Art-mapper support different languages?
For our general release, the user interface will be available in English, German and French only. We hope to offer full multi-language support following our general release.
What kind of customer support is available to users of The DiVisual® Art-Mapper?
We'll respond as soon as we can. Full help documentation and resources will be available as we release access to Founding Members.
Do I own my content on The DiVisual® Art-Mapper?
Yes, you own your content. We will just provide you with the tool. Whatever you create with it belongs solely to you / your institution or company.
What devices will The DiVisual® Art-Mapper support?
The DiVisual® Art-Mapper will be available for iPads and Android tablets. in a later stage we will add a cross platform desktop app too.
Will The DiVisual® Art-Mapper work with smart phones?
No.We wont support any smart phone devices, the screen size is simply too small for serious work.
Are you looking for investors?

Are you opening up the platform for developers to design?
Yes, we will expose our API in the near future. We're creating a platform designed to be extended by database developers (museum software and others interested).
